I have a hankering today to make homemade Ravioli ,
It's rainy and overcast today, which is lovely after the dry hot weather we've been having.
I think ravi is soul food ,rainy weather food ,this was my first attempt at it completely from scratch.
I must say I was very proud of myself .it was scrummy ,so today I shall attempt it again.
